Caring Dads Facilitator Training

Caring Dads is a leading perpetrator-based program that is unique in its focus at the intersection of domestic violence and fatherhood. Caring Dads utilizes a feminist/women-centered lens within the framework of engaging dads. The core principle of the Caring Dads program is to help keep women and children safer by holding the dads accountable. The intention of the program is to work towards preventing reoccurrence of domestic violence and child maltreatment.

What is included in Caring Dads Training?

  • 2-day training in person or 4 half day online event to become an Accredited Caring Dads Facilitator, this includes catered lunches and snacks
  • 4 Clinical Consultation Webinars available following the training
  • Post group reporting to provide back to funders
  • Wealth of resources, tools, support and materials available on Caring Dads Pro-Portal
  • Ongoing support available via video conference as needed
  • Support with implementation of Caring Dads at your agency
